    Decadent Colonial Molten Cake

    A quick dessert treat that will melt your heart as you experience a colonial drink infused into cake!

    • 1 Cup Finely Grated Chocolate Drink
    • 1/2 C Butter (room Temp)
    • 1 t Vanilla
    • 1 C Powder Sugar
    • 2 Eggs + 2 egg yolks
    • 6 T flour
    Step 1

    Heat oven to 425 F.
    Butter and flour 4 small custard cups.

    Step 2

    In microwave safe bowl, melt butter and AHC Drink mix in microwave for 30 seconds or until butter in melted.
    With a whisk, mix together chocolate and butter until smooth.
    Add powder sugar, eggs, egg yolks, and mix. Then add flour and mix.

    Step 3

    Pour or spoon batter into cups and place on baking sheet. Place in oven.
    Bake for 14 minutes.

    Step 4

    Cakes are done when sides are firm and middle is soft.
    Allow to cool for about a minute then slide a knife around rim to separate.
    Place serving plate upside down over top and flip over.

    Step 5

    Dust with powdered sugar and place whipped topping or ice cream on side and enjoy!!
