    A delicious chocolate cake with a molten chocolate center featuring American Heritage® Chocolate!

    ingredients
    • 1 cup American Heritage® Collectible Tin
    • 1/2 cup of butter (room temperature)
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 cup of powdered sugar
    • 2 whole eggs
    • 2 egg yolks
    • 6 tablespoons of flour
    • - additional powdered sugar for dusting
    Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

    Step 2

    Butter and flour 4 small custard cups

    Step 3

    In a microwave safe bowl, melt butter and American Heritage® Chocolate in microwave for 30 seconds (or until butter is melted).

    Step 4

    With a whisk, mix together chocolate and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar, eggs, egg yolks, and mix. Then add flour and mix.

    Step 5

    Pour or spoon batter into custard cups and place on baking sheet. Place in oven and bake for 12-14 minutes. (cakes are done when sides are firm and middle is soft)

    Step 6

    allow to cool for about 4 minutes then slide a knife around rim to separate. Place serving plate upside down over top and flip over.

    Step 7

    Dust with Powdered sugar and place whipped topping or ice cream on side. Garnish with your favorite fruit and enjoy!
