    Step 1

    Heat heavy cream and vanilla in a saucepan. Set aside, keeping warm.

    Step 2

    Cook sugar in a saucepan until it caramelizes to a golden brown.

    Step 3

    Add heavy cream mixture to the caramelized sugar and bring to a boil. Stir constantly until they combine.

    Step 4

    Pour mixture into a bowl with chocolate. Stir until chocolate melts and is smooth.
