    Chocolate & Salted Peanut Cookies

    Makes 48 2-inch cookies or 24 big cookies

    ingredients
    • 1/2 cup American Heritage® Chocolate Sticks
    • 1 cup butter, room temperature
    • 1¾ cups brown sugar
    • 1 cup peanut butter
    • 2 eggs
    • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
    • ¼ cup cocoa powder
    • 2 teaspoons baking soda
    • 2 cups salted peanuts
    Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 350°F.

    Step 2

    Cream butter, brown sugar and peanut butter together.

    Step 3

    Add eggs and blend until smooth.

    Step 4

    Add flour, cocoa powder and baking soda, blend until smooth.

    Step 5

    Stir in chocolate and peanuts.

    Step 6

    Form scoops of dough into walnut (for small) or golf ball (for large) sized balls. Arrange on baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes.
