    Chocolate syrup for drinks

    Step 1

    Grate the chocolate.

    Step 2

    Combine half of the water and sugar together in a saucepan and simmer for three minutes.

    Step 3

    Add in the chocolate until it dissolves, then add in the remaining water and sugar – add in slowly until you get the right consistency, you may not need all the water.

    Step 4

    Remove from heat and stir in until chocolate dissolves. Set aside until ready to use.
