    • 1 Cup American Heritage® Chocolate Bites
    • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
    • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
    • 1 bag graham crackers cut into squares
    • crushed peppermint candies or candy canes
    • chopped dried cranberries
    Step 1

    In a saucepan on low heat, melt the coconut oil and add the chocolate and peppermint extract. Stir continuously.

    Step 2

    Remove from heat but keep stirring to keep the chocolate smooth. (If it is too thick return to heat, add an another tablespoon
    of coconut oil.)

    Step 3

    Leave to cool for a few minutes. The chocolate should be neither too thick nor too thin.

    Step 4

    Dip graham crackers in the chocolate and place on baking sheet to dry.

    Step 5

    Sprinkle with peppermint candies and cranberries.

    Step 6

    Place in fridge to set.
