    Chocolate Pomegranate Coconut Bites

    This easy no bake dessert will impress your guests with little effort on your part.

    Step 1

    Cut up the chocolate bar

    Using a double boiler, melt the chocolate slowly.

    Step 2

    Fill a mini muffin pan with small cupcake liners.

    Once the chocolate is melted and smooth add a small amount of the melted chocolate into 12 muffins cups. (just cover the bottoms completely)

    Step 3

    Spoon pomegranate seeds to fill the rest of the cups.
    Cover the pomegranate seeds with the remaining chocolate, don’t worry if you don’t full cover the seeds, I think it is pretty with a few seeds showing.

    Step 4

    Optional: sprinkle a little sweetened coconut on top of each cup.
    Place in your fridge for about 30 minutes or until hardened.
