Spice up traditional hot fudge sundae with this cinnamon-infused sauce!

Mix all of the dry ingredients into a medium sauce pan.
Add the evaporated milk and mix thoroughly.
Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.
Immediately remove pan from heat, continuing to stir until the sauce is smooth and uniform.
Allow to cool to a warm temperature. Serve over vanilla ice cream with nuts!
