Chewy cranberries combine with toasted almonds and chocolate to create the perfect holiday cluster.

Combine cranberries and almonds in a bowl.
Line a baking sheet with wax paper or baking mat.
Use a double broiler to melt the chocolate. Once the right consistency of melted chocolate has been reached, you can replace the hot water with warm water to keep the chocolate at the right temperature while you work.
Mix in your cranberries and almonds - until evenly coated.
Spoon out clusters - about 1 tablespoon - onto baking sheet or waxed paper. Place at least 1/2 apart for spreading.
Cool in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes. Serve and store at room temperature.
