    Chocolate Banana Sheet Cake

    Moist and chocolate-y this sheet cake is sure to please a crowd!

    • 3/4 cup American Heritage® Collectible Tin
    • 2 1/4 cup all purpose flour
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    • 1 1/4 cup milk
    • 1 Tsp canola oil
    • 1 egg
    • 3/4 cup brown sugar
    • 4 ripe bananas, mashed
    • 2 tsp vanilla
    • 1/4 cup boiling water
    Step 1

    1.Preheat oven to 350° F. Stir flour, 1/2 cup American Heritage® Finely Grated Chocolate Drink, salt, soda and baking powder together in a bowl. Set aside.

    2. Beat egg in a separate bowl and then stir in the milk, oil and sugar. Add bananas and vanilla. Stir until combined.

    3. Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined. Do not over mix.

    4. Pour into a greased 12x18-inch rimmed pan (jelly roll pan) and bake at 350° F for about 20-25 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.

    5. Whisk 3/4 cup American Heritage® Finely Grated Chocolate Drink and 1/4 cup of boiling water together until smooth and creamy. Spread over the top of the cake. Serve and enjoy.
